Keep scrolling and the house rises from its architectural plans: plot, basement, ground floor, pool and suite.
The house stands on a 933 m² platform on the slopes of the Montgó. By the street, a sunken courtyard brings light and air into the lower floor.
It makes use of the slope beneath the house: indoor parking, a multi-purpose room for a gym, guests or games, storage and the plant room.
A wing with two bedrooms, a study and two bathrooms; the living, dining and kitchen space in the centre, open to the terrace, and the master suite at the far end.
The whole house opens onto a stone terrace with a 13 m pool. Next to it, a dining area under a pergola and the barbecue area with its own WC.
The master suite has its own pavilion: bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and a private terrace, set apart from the rest of the house by the entrance hall.
From the slopes of the Montgó, the house looks out to the Mediterranean. At dusk the house and the pool light up.
